Killing the Grilled Cheese
So I almost broke our sweet grilled cheese maker we got for our wedding today. Every Tuesday/Thursday Aaron and I get to eat lunch together, so I come home from work, whip a little something together, and head down to campus. Today's menu: grilled chicken and cheese on homemade wheat bread with a little strawberry yogurt parfait on the side. Real healthy. ;) So, because I use my yummy homemade bread, before I close the grill, this sandwich is like three inches tall! I squeezed and pushed, and pressed the lid down to try and get it to close, and almost broke the little thing. Good thing I finally got the lid locked into place so it could cook our delicious lunch. I need to be more careful. :)
