read my post below...about the toilet
then read Hannah's comment
then realize that she was absolutely RIGHT...
I'm really that lame! And yes, the plumber BROKE his snake trying to fix our toilet! Good thing I didn't get billed for anything!
can we please blame it on pregnant brain? tank and toilet bowl seem like the same things sometimes...
okay, okay, I'm that LAME! haha! oh well, it made for an interesting day!

life is predictable
yesterday was a good housecleaning day for me...
did the laundry - including washing the mats in the bathroom that looked more brown than blue
scrubbed the entire bathroom
kept the sink dish free
vacuumed
dusted...
you get the picture? I worked hard! Our house was sparkling! Especially the bathroom! It looked GREAT! I LOVE a clean bathroom (even though I don't love it enough to clean it WAY more often than I do).
So, when I was cleaning the toilet, I added this little Clorox cleaning tablet (looks like a hockey puck) to the toilet, to supposedly clean and disinfect the toilet bowl.
RIGHT.
BAD IDEA.
What did we end up with?
A clogged toilet that overflowed yucky-ness all over my clean bathroom mats, clean toilet, clean floor, and clean tub!
I laughed.
And I moaned.
And I vowed to clean the mats and scrub the bathroom again today. Which I haven't done yet.
I'm still waiting for maintenance to come and fix my super-plugged by a Clorox tablet (that looks like a hockey puck) that is stuck somewhere in my toilet.
Yeah, and don't even start to think about what I've done all day without a working toilet!
Life. Is. So. Predictable.

spending time with Cathy
My sister, Cathy, came back for a week (while Devin was gone in Texas & D.C.) in January to hang out with yours truly (well, with the whole fam, but we know she came to see me, right?!). Anyways, we had a lot of fun together with the kiddos, and here are some pics from that blessed week.

Treasure Family Christmas Party
So, we seriously did minute-to-win-it games 3 times this break! Crazy, eh? But it was FUN! We had the Treasure Family Christmas Party (Aaron's mom's side) a little late this year, but at least we had it! The highlight of the party is always the white elephant game!
