Aaron has been playing on an intramural team and he is loving it - seriously, folks! But, Michael is LOVING it more! He insisted (on the day of Aaron's first game) that we make a flag. I wasn't sure what he was expecting, but we made a flag/sign, and he has been pretty good about holding it and shouting, "GOOD JOB, DADDY!" However, Michael has a meltdown every week when the game ends and he can't go play on the field with the big guys. 

Football is one of Michael's favorite sports. He knows how to throw and catch a football (not far) and he knows all the important words, "set" "hike" "pass" and "TOUCHDOWN!" He loves when I "see him" and cheer him on!

So, on Saturday we took Michael (and Aaron) to the BYU spring scrimmage. Michael loved it. For about ten minutes. Then all he wanted was to go play football on the big field. Hard for that little one to understand that it wasn't to be. However, after the scrimmage, we took him down on the field to meet the players and get a picture with Riley Nelson (really though, who was this picture really for?).

Sad that we won't be here in Provo for the football season this fall, but believe me, we won't miss a game! :)
