Graduation, Summer Vacation, and Fun Things Like That

Hello world. I know I haven't posted forever. So, in order to apologize, I will leave a VERY long post for you. :) Fun.

I graduated! Can you believe it? Yes, I did. And I gave a speech too. Okay, so since BYU didn't ask me to speak, I decided to give a speech to my loyal fans - the family. :)

We moved in with Aaron's parents for a few weeks before San Diego - and Trevor and Becca moved into our place for the summer. Their wedding was so much fun, and Aaron read a great poem at it. ;)

I had a birthday. 23 - New Me!

I saw my dear friend Kristin, back from D.C. (where she is doing amazing things!)

(I know, no picture of Kristin. :( )

AND - I pierced my ears. I know. Big deal. I walked out of the store twice before I actually had the courage to do it. (Yes, lovely mug shot.)

Oh, and I saw KAYLA at Marissa's shower! Wahoo! She is beautiful. (The picture is a little blurry - sorry.)

I babysat my aunt, Julie's, son Brandon, and Rachel's kids - Derrick and Mia - AND MICHAEL, while the women went to Women's Conference. What an adventure! I don't know how some mothers handle so many little ones! Good thing they usually come one at a time! (Look at Mia - either attacking Michael or getting excited!)

Dan & Annie moved to St. George. We miss them. :( So, we decided to visit them. Thanks to President's condo, we had such a fun time swimming, playing tennis, running, riding the tandem bike, and visiting Zion's - not to mention playing with Dan & Annie, going to The Orange Peel, and having a BBQ. :)

(Notice Michael's double-chin!)

Poor lighting - but, it's Annie & Michael!

Oh yeah, we stopped at Cove Fort on the way down. Fun!

Michael got two teeth! He can also almost sit up all by himself! :) He is becoming a little roly-poly, and he loves to talk and say, "Da-da."

How can I forget my first Mother's Day? Everyone made it so special, especially Aaron, but one of highlights was talking to three missionaries! :)

Aaron is working at I.T. and WE ARE LOVING THE NO-HOMEWORK THING! We made a huge list of fun things to do, and so far, we've done a few of them. However, it doesn't help to have rainy days, so we are enjoying playing together inside!

We did go to Noni Gardens - and I had fun being a model. :)

We went to the Bean Museum to watch a reptile show. Exciting.

AND WE HAD OUR FIVE YEAR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION - CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!!!! It was a lot of fun. Everyone seems the same. We're all progressing. :) (Michael looks stunning in this picture, I know.)

We've also had a lot of picnics. Love them! Also, trips to the library. I love books. Michael loves books. We read A LOT. Enough said. :) We love being close to my family and seeing them almost every day - and playing b-ball. Families are great. There are lots of little things going on - but for now, we are enjoying family, friends, and being together. :)

P.S.

Like father, like son.
