I'm ten minutes away from being done! And what have I learned at this job (look at me, self-evaluating - it's the MTC influence!)?

Happiness is not found in circumstances - it's a choice we make. Our attitude determines a lot. :)

It’s fun to talk to people on the phone.

Don’t lie.

Never tell people you are an answering service!

Problems are always bigger to the person on the phone.

Be patient with angry people.

Be patient with all people.

Appreciate people - they can die any day (Mr. Krause - tree fell on him).

Don’t waste time on the internet.

You can do hard things - Heavenly Father can help you!

It’s okay for callers to hear crying babies!

Baby Einstein is wonderful!

This could be the best job ever if I wanted it to be!

People get a lot of expensive things done to their hair!

You never know where the person is you may be talking to on the phone.

There are a lot of cool companies out there!

People go to court over everything.

There are people searching for the truth - they need our prayers! (I’ve talked to quite a few people who want to turn their lives over to God, however, I couldn’t say anything because they were calling for a church or ministry. However, they will find the truth if they are looking!)

Don’t work with a baby - it’s hard.

Make dinner in the morning.
